Tips
1. First use: hold the base and twist the top clockwise (as seen from the top) 5–10 full turns until the formula appears, then turn one notch at a time. Only twist clockwise. Turning it the other way can damage the twist mechanism.
2. An oily layer on top is part of the moisturizing formula and is normal.
3. The formula is rich, so it may come out slowly. After turning, give it a moment. Close the cap after use.
4. Heat over 40°C / 104°F can soften the formula, and cold under 5°C / 41°F can slow dispensing. Store upright at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
5. If it won’t dispense after being in the cold (winter shipping, a cold car), don’t force it. Let it sit at 15–25°C (59–77°F) for about 20 minutes.
