These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases made from Beevibe Lab Corp. ("bee:nuvo", "we", "us", or "our") through our website at www.beenuvo.com.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Order Acceptance
Your order is not final until it has been accepted and confirmed by us.
We may reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify (e.g., credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, etc.).
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or revise your order before fulfillment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within the United States.
• Orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 3 business days for addresses in the contiguous U.S., and within 8–10 business days for non-contiguous regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
• Shipping is free on orders over $30 (before tax). A $4.99 flat rate applies to all other orders.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and deliverable. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds
For Skincare & Cosmetic Products:
We accept returns only for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
For Dietary Supplements:
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of supplements once they have been opened.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
To request a return, please email hello@beevibelab.com with your order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
5. Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be added based on your shipping address.
You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties required by your local jurisdiction.
6. Product Availability
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold or to discontinue any product at any time.
We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee color accuracy due to varying device displays.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and products on our website are owned by or licensed to Beevibe Lab Corp and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce them without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beevibe Lab Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
