bee:nuvo does not sell your personal information for monetary gain. However, we may share limited information (such as cookies or browsing behavior) with marketing or analytics providers (e.g., Klaviyo, Meta, Google) to help improve your experience and provide personalized advertising—this could be considered “sharing” under California law.

Your Right to Opt-Out

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
To make an opt-out request, you can do one of the following:

1. Use our cookie preferences banner (found at the bottom of the website) to opt out of advertising cookies.

Please include your full name and email address used in our store.
We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible and confirm once it has been completed.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize that some browsers support Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to help users communicate their privacy preferences.
While we are exploring ways to honor GPC signals in accordance with applicable law, we currently recommend submitting an opt-out request directly through our email or cookie settings.

Verification Process

For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
