Here’s everything you need to know about placing an order, shipping, and returns.
Orders
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment
• Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and tracking info.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are processed. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@beevibelab.com.
Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.

• Contiguous U.S. – 48 mainland states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
• Shipping carrier: DHL
• Shipping cost: $4.99 flat rate
• Free shipping: On orders of $30 or more (before tax)
• Estimated delivery time: 3 business days (may take a few extra days depending on location or volume)
[Standard Shipping]
• Non-contiguous U.S. – Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
• Shipping carrier: DHL
• Shipping cost: $4.99 flat rate
• Free shipping: On orders of $30 or more (before tax)
• Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days (may take a few extra days depending on location)
*Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and deliverable. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Skincare & Cosmetic Products
• You may return unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Dietary Supplements
• For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on supplements once they have been opened.
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email hello@beevibelab.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return
Our team will get back to you with next steps.
Please Note
• We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
• If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.
• Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
